pumpkin pie smoothie

Oh holy yum.  This tastes like dessert, with none of the guilt.  This is a fun recipe to let your little ones make and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 c. pumpkin puree

1 c. unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp maple syrup

2 ice cubes

To prepare:  Blend and serve.  Double if serving two or more.
