It’s make your own parfait Friday! Plain yoghurt drizzled with honey and loaded with fresh berries and a side of nut-free homemade granola (Birkenstock Granola in my cookbook, p. 30 — dead easy, use seeds in place of nuts). Sugar peas, tomatoes, plums and hard boiled egg for a protein boost. Have a fantastic long weekend everyone!
