Soup & Salad in the lunchboxes today: This is the Italian Barley Soup with Melty Parmesan Croutons that I made a couple weeks ago and froze (on the blog, I added white beans to this batch for extra protein) and the Sesame Ginger Quinoa Salad I’ve been testing this week in my kitchen. Rounded out with a local peach and one of the Chocolate Chip Granola Bars from my freezer (in my cookbook, Real Food for Real Families, available on Amazon or Chapters online). Happy Friday!
