Tropical Karen® Smoothie

This simple, delicious and nutritious smoothie packs an extra “green” punch with a hit of Karen Phytoplankton®! You can’t taste it, but it’s in there! Recipe can also be found on Karen®’s site, here:

Tropical Karen®️ Smoothie
  1. 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  2. 1/2 c strawberries or raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  3. 1/2 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  4. 1/2 c pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  5. 1 c unsweetened almond or other non-dairy milk, or cow’s milk
  6. 1/2 c water
  7. 1/4 tsp real vanilla extract
  8. 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  9. 2-4 ice cubes (add as needed to thicken to desired consistency)
  10. 1/4 tsp Karen Phytoplankton®️
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Colour will vary depending on the berries you choose.
  2. Serves 2.
