Each of my 7-Day Meal Plans include seven easy dinner recipes, breakfast & lunch ideas, make-ahead options & a weekend prep guide, along with a detailed shopping list. Basically, I’m setting you up for a successful week of real family food — shop Friday or Saturday, do as little or as much prep on Sunday as you need & eat well all week. All of my meal plans feature simple, delicious, and healthy family-friendly recipes. (They also include several vegetarian options and mostly lower or no gluten, dairy & sugar recipes that are easy to modify.)
