1. The “Tune-Up”
Curious about basic improvements you or your family could be making, food-wise? Looking to “fine-tune” an already healthy diet? Need some suggestions for living with an allergy or food intolerance? Training for a race or event? Looking to lose the “last 5 pounds” but the scale’s not budging? Sounds like you could use a tune-up!
During the first 1.5 hour session, we will discuss your concerns and goals and I will provide you with lots of suggestions as to simple, realistic changes you can start making to improve your diet and wellness, along with the motivation to do so. You have the option of requesting a personalized one-week meal plan with recipes and preparation tips for an additional fee. The initial consultation is then followed by an hour-long consult a week or two later, during which we discuss how you are doing with the changes and what more you can do to achieve your own balance.
Initial consult is $95, follow ups are $75/hr or $40/half hour.
Number of visits required varies depending on client goals and concerns. If you have significant concerns or goals, please consider one of my longer-term programs below.

2. The 3 Months to Wellness Program:
Ready to try something different and change your habits for good? Frustrated with Monday to Thursday “diets” and an “all or nothing” approach to food and wellness? Science suggests that it takes 21 days to form a habit, and much longer to make it a permanent part of your lifestyle. That’s why all those fad plans and programs failed.
The 3 Months to Wellness Program is designed for anyone looking to permanently lose less than 20 pounds, and/or develop a network of basic food habits that can have a real impact on energy levels & overall wellness.
After completing the Program, you will look & feel so much better, whether or not you are suffering from a specific wellness concern. This Program supports realistic, steady, healthy & permanent changes, not “quick fixes”.
Our one-on-one sessions will provide you the education and motivation you need to get started, and my coaching will provide you with the support you need to commit. No more Monday to Thursday “diets”. Other programs do not offer the expertise and individual coaching Simple Balance does, which is truly the difference between making temporary gains (or losses!) and permanent positive change.
By the third month you will feel like a new person, confident and energetic, and committed to maintaining your new healthy habits for all the right reasons!

- 11 weekly 45 minute one-on-one coaching/educational sessions focussing on a different topic/challenge each week (in-office or by phone);
- A one-week healthy meal plan with delicious recipes;

This one year personalized program will transform your diet and lifestyle in manageable & maintainable steps, resulting in significant weight loss, increased energy and improved wellness. This Program supports realistic, steady, healthy & permanent changes, not “quick fixes”. It is not a “diet”. There are no hidden food or supplement costs. It’s a comprehensive, supportive, individualized year of learning, doing, and seeing results.
Our weekly one-on-one sessions in the first six months will provide you the education and motivation you need to set realistic goals and create a framework of healthy habits, and my continued bi-monthly coaching in the second six months will provide you with the support you need to reach your goals & maintain the healthy changes for life.

I will design a meal plan for you which includes healthy, easy recipes and a preparation guide to make it manageable. The plan will take into account your (and/or your family’s) specific likes and dislikes, as well as your concerns and weight loss goals. A meal plan tailored to your needs provides a simple way to get on the healthy track and start developing better habits and patterns while meeting your weight loss goals.

CleanStart Detox Program:
Always wanted to try a cleanse but terrified of drastic cayenne pepper concoctions and fasts? Looking to kick-start a clean eating or weight loss program?
The CleanStart Detox Program is for you. It’s a gentle, guided, whole food cleanse, with no fasting involved. Instead, you will focus on eating clean, varied, whole foods for a 10-14 day period (with optional herbal supplementation to support detoxification processes). In the initial 1 hour consultation you will be provided with an explanation of the science of cleansing and what to expect, along with a discussion of the merits of a less-processed, whole foods based diet. You will also receive a detailed shopping list, preparation guide, and a 7-day meal plan with simple, delicious recipes to ensure you are well-prepared for your cleanse and stay satisfied while your body rids itself of excess toxins. Clients also have access to me during the cleanse through email with any questions or concerns. My clients rave that they “feel better than they have in years” after a few days on this program. Immediately before the detox period ends, we meet again (in person or by phone) to discuss how to transition off of the Program while still maintaining many of the healthier diet and lifestyle habits you have developed on the cleanse.
