Fertility, pregnancy, and infant care can be overwhelming, and the related nutrition advice can be confusing.  Let me simplify it for you.  It’s what I do best.

Pregnancy & Infancy Services Include:

 

1. “Bump Balance” Consultation:

 

This program is designed for a mom-to-be looking to improve her diet to optimally support her baby’s development and prepare her body for birth, while maintaining a healthy pregnancy weight gain.   After completing detailed intake forms and a one-week food log for me to review, we will meet for an initial 1.5 hour session during which we will discuss your specific concerns and goals regarding your pregnancy and the post-partum period.  During the session, I will provide you with lots of suggestions as to simple, realistic changes you can start making to improve your pregnancy diet and wellness. You have the option of requesting a personalized two-week meal plan with recipes and preparation tips for an additional fee.  The initial consultation is then followed by an hour-long consult a week or two later, during which we discuss how you are doing with the changes and what more you can do to achieve your own “bump balance”.  Depending on your needs & goals, we may continue to meet regularly until you have reached them.

Initial consult is $95, follow ups are $75/hr or $40/half hour.  Number of visits required varies depending on mother-to-be’s goals and concerns. Contact me to book your first session now!

 

2.  ”Post-Baby Balance” Consultation:

 

After having a baby, many of us struggle with the common challenges of losing the baby weight, eating to support healthy milk production, and finding balance in an overwhelmingly busy life.  I can help you make some simple changes to get on track with your eating notwithstanding your hectic schedule.  You will feel better knowing you are eating a healthy & balanced diet, on your way to losing the extra pounds, and, if breastfeeding, still eating what you need to optimally feed your baby.   If your baby is starting to eat solids, or having difficulties tolerating certain foods, I can also provide advice as to infant feeding strategies and alternatives.
