My 3 Month Coaching Program
Need longer-term, consistent support to reach your goals & cement healthy habits? With me as your personal coach and cheerleader, this program will get you there! Together we'll design an unique program and develop targeted strategies to manage your biggest challenges and literally change your life.
If you’re not looking for a quick fix, because you’ve been around the block enough to know that real, lasting change, in your lifestyle and on the scale, requires a slow & steady building of positive habits, I’ve got great news: This is exactly the program you are looking for. Whether your focus is wellness or weight, or both, I’ve got you covered.
We’ll start with a 1.5 hour session to get to know each other and to clarify your objectives & challenges. That session will be followed by 11 45-minute one-on-one sessions where I’ll provide you the education, motivation, & accountability you need to succeed. And I’ll be there to support you the whole time. (No need to come weekly if that doesn’t work for you – the twelve sessions can be spread out over longer than 3 months.)
Together we will work through your biggest challenges, and put in place realistic strategies to help you manage them. By the twelfth session you will feel like a new person, confident and energetic, and committed to maintaining your new healthy habits for all the right reasons! Clients with more weight to lose, or bigger habits to change, can of course opt for continued support and accountability after the initial 3 month period.
My 3 Month Program includes:
- A 1.5 hour initial goal-setting consultation;
- 11 weekly 45 minute on-on-one coaching/educational sessions (in-person or by phone/skype);
- Healthy meal plans with loads of delicious family-and-spouse-friendly recipes;
- Optional Cleanstart program to kick-start weight loss;
- One hour individual grocery store tour.
Individually valued at over $1050, these services are bundled and priced at just $897+HST or three monthly payments of $299+HST.
