My 3 Month Coaching Program
If you've tried everything and what you’re really looking for now is a simple, healthy approach that will work to get you to all your goals — whether we’re talking about your personal weight loss and wellness or your family’s food — and allow you to realistically maintain them for life, my 3 month program is for you.
If you’re not looking for a radical, instant solution, but instead have accepted the fact that real, lasting change, in the kitchen and on the scale, comes with the slow & steady building of positive habits, I’ve got great news: This is exactly the program you are looking for.
Twelve 45-minute one-on-one sessions will provide you the education, motivation, & accountability you need to succeed. And I’ll be there to support you the whole time. (No need to come weekly if that doesn’t work for you – the twelve sessions can be spread out over longer than 3 months.)
By the twelfth session you will feel like a new person, confident and energetic, and committed to maintaining your new healthy habits for all the right reasons! Clients with more weight to lose, or bigger habits to change, can of course opt for continued support and accountability after the initial 3 month period.
My 3 Month Program includes:
- A 1.5 hour initial goal-setting consultation;
- 11 weekly 45 minute on-on-one coaching/educational sessions (in-person or by phone/skype);
- Healthy meal plans with loads of delicious family-and-spouse-friendly recipes;
- Optional Cleanstart program to kick-start weight loss;
- One hour individual grocery store tour.
Individually valued at over $950, these services are bundled and priced at just $747+HST or three monthly payments of $249+HST.
